Flavor & Savor Food Competition Entry

Which food competition would you like to enter?

General Competition Rules:


  1. Food Submitted in the Flavor & Savor Food Competitions is not for public consumption. It is only to be served to the designated judges for their respective categories.

  2. Chicken products HAVE to be cooked to 165 degrees.

  3. Judges MAY ask about ingredients in a food in reference to potential allergies.


Submission foods have to be dropped off/registered between 9 AM - 10:50 AM. Judging begins at 11. Wings & steaks will be judged first. You do not have to be present for the judging. If you're bringing wings or steak, you are requested to stay until the judging so you're able to keep your food warm.


Wings and steaks do not have to be cooked on a grill. It is your responsibility to keep your cooked food (wings & steaks) warm for presentation to the judges.


You must provide your own food for the competition and have a list of ingredients used. List can be hand written, but must be legible.


Competition leftovers cannot be "given away", "donated", or sold to the public.


Waiver & Agreement:

I agree to abide by all competition rules and regulations. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own grilling equipment and understand that Flavor & Savor Food Festival, Flavor Imperium, and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred during the event.
